Processing time

All orders are prepared within 1–3 working days.

You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on your location:
 • Central & Northern Europe (e.g. Germany, Netherlands, Belgium): 3–5 working days
 • Baltics (e.g. Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia): 2–3 working days after dispatch
 • Southern & Western Europe (e.g. Portugal, Spain): 5–10 working days

In total, most orders arrive within 3–10 working days from the time of order.

Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including address, phone number, and availability for delivery.

If delivery fails due to incorrect details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, the customer is responsible for all additional shipping and return costs.

 

Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to logistics, carrier capacity, or remote delivery locations.

All mattresses come with a 90-night risk-free trial, so you can take your time to decide at home.
